How to make a Starburst wrapper bow [hair clip].

i used the tape in the middle to but i used the starburst wrapper like the acaul bow how the tape was around it

I made these bows out of dum dum pop wrapper, wrapping paper and starburst! My friends all want one so I charged 25 cents each lol. I am a buisiness women! xD

I get them from grocery stores – I forget which ones, so I’ll just tell you to check Target, Kroger, Meijer, WalMart…
The Baka California && Berries and Cream packs have blue ones. I think sour does, too.

this is such a great idea! i love it. when i was making it i realized that you dont even need to use the second piece of tape to attach the bow to the bobby pin, you can just slip one end of the bobby pin through the middle fold of the bottom! (:

i think u could use a ribbon instead of tape, but just put craft glue on the back of the ribbon before wrapping it around the middle of the bow. love this idea.. good stuff
